With the release of the brand new Moto E today, we also have news of a new version of Android which was inevitable, however had not been confirmed until today in the brand new Moto E video.

Looking in the small print you will notice it says “The device will receive at least one software update to the current KitKat Android 4.4.3 operating system.” Despite Android 4.4.2 KitKat being the current version of Android available to everybody, this does confirm that Android 4.4.3 will be coming soon and will not be a major update since we haven’t moved to 4.5 just yet.
In the new update there will fixes for some of the bugs which are currently a problem on Android, as well as some people believing that there will be an update for some of the Android KitKat icons.
