HP’s First Attempt At Creating A Smartwatch

An unexpected contestant in the wearable technology is HP, but it seems like they’re trying to get in to the action by making a luxurious smartwatch in collaboration with Michael Bastian from Gilt, who’ll be helping out with the design while HP focus on the engineering of the watch.

An unexpected contestant in wearable technology is HP, but it seems like they’re trying to get in to the action by making a luxurious smartwatch in collaboration with Michael Bastian from Gilt, who’ll be helping out with the design while HP focus on the engineering of the watch.

The design features a 44mm circular stainless steel case which will be accompanied by changeable watch straps — available in brown leather, black rubber, olive green nylon and a limted edition black.

The watch will work with both Android and iOS, and will pack a number of features including notifications, music controls and weather updates. It is set to release this fall and there has currently been no released price for the brand new watch.
