LG Shows Off New Waterproof “G” Smartwatch With Cinematic Video

We first saw the LG G watch back when Google announced Android Wear in late March.

Whilst we did get to see two close up cinematic shots of the G Watch, the original video mainly focused on the features of the device and how Android paired with the LG G watch could benefit your life.

LG have now released another video for the G watch, this time showing off its quality and great design. LG definitely didn’t hold back on the boasting with all of the close up shots of the sleek metal, along with the video’s introductory quote “LG defines the smartwatch”.

Two of the main noticeable features they showed off was the fact that wireless charging will be built inside, as well as the fact that the watch is waterproof. It definitely shows how LG want this device to be like your smartphone — something you cannot live without — making it capable of going through your every day tasks.

At the very end of the video, LG had the standard black model which was already shown off in the original video, as well as the white model which has a champagne gold part where the watch strap is attached.

So far the knowledge we have around the LG G watch is lacking, however since there is an LG event on the 27th of May (which as of yet looks to be the LG G3 reveal event), we could be ready to see a lot of news.
