If your smartphone is starting to age and it’s time for an upgrade, it’s easy to get caught in the temptation of shopping around for a good deal. But whatever you do, don’t upgrade to an iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus or any other iPhone right now — wait until mid-September.
Don’t panic. There’s nothing wrong with any of Apple’s devices — I personally own an iPhone 6S Plus and love it — but with the tech giant due to launch the brand new iPhone 7 (and possibly 2 variants) in September, it’s pointless to pay top dollar for an older device.
As I tell all family and friends, you’re better off waiting until Apple announces their new devices.
By mid-September you’ll know whether Apple’s latest gadgets are worth splashing your cash on, and if you do decide to go for the older generation devices after all they’ll be cheaper anyway. It’s a win-win!
